While you wait....

It seems as if I had disappeared. Fear not! I have had a very busy few weeks with guests from India and other projects. In the mean time, I want to leave you with a picture of the most delectable biscuits ever: Nankhatai.

I have made them for years now, and recently made a batch for friends and home. I will feature the recipe for it soon!
