What I Made Today: Creamy Pumpkin Rigatoni








The perfect fall dish! Warm, smoky, creamy and a little indulgent.

Pancetta
Garlic
Pumumpkin (pureed)
Nuutmeg and Cinnamon (to bring out the warm flavors of the pumpkin)
Browned butter
Light cream
Vidalia onion
Sage
Parmigiano Reggiano to add edginess.
